Mr. Ansaldo was the technician that assisted me, and I couldn’t have been happier.

He showed up exactly on time, and was patient with me as I had to keep him waiting for a few minutes as I tried to get off of a phone call. I was trying to upgrade the storage capacity on my Macbook Air, but ran into some issues with booting the operating system, and Mr. Ansaldo fixed that issue very quickly.

He was in and out within an hour, and I had my computer up and running within a couple hours after his clear instructions. This company has the right model: house calls allow the users to get their computer back QUICKLY.
